Claims submitted towards a different item/color will be auto-canceled and customer will need to resubmit* Multiple claims within a single Order are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse Warranty to anyone for any reason.
By placing a transaction through this product listing you are submitting a request for a Warranty replacement towards your originally purchased item. Allow 24-48 hours for our Support team to validate your existing order and provided information. Once validated, you will receive a confirmation email for your Replacement order and its shipping status.
Warranty claims are only valid towards existing purchase orders made via our .com and Amazon store. Your request will not be acknowledged if there is no record of a transaction made with us.
