What are Polarized lenses?
When sunlight strikes certain surfaces (i.e. water, snow or ice), the bending of light that is reflected off “glare”. Our lenses contain a special filter that blocks this intense reflection of light, allowing you to reduce eye strain and improve the clarity of your vision.
Do all your lenses provide 100% UV protection?
Yes. Our lenses provide 100% UV 400 protection. That means that our sunglasses protect your eyes from both UVA and UVB radiation.
Why is the Black lens so dark? I can hardly see through them.
Our black lens are considered category 4 tint, making them extremely dark to see out of if you are not facing direct sunlight. They block 3-8% transmitted sunlight.
I have sensitive eyes, and I drive a lot. I need the black lens but they’re not recommended for driving.
Our category 4 black lens are ideal for sensitive eyes. However, we do not recommend them for driving, because of how dark they are. It can become difficult to see the dashboard when you are not facing direct sunlight. However, we they’re past customers, who find no issue driving with our black lenses and there are others who do.

Are the lenses scratch proof?
No, our lenses are not scratch proof. However they are protected with a scratch resistance coating. Over time they will scratch depending on how they are being used.
