Are there any other costs when i make a Warranty Claim? What does the Warranty cover?
Every sunglasses is backed with Lifetime Warranty and covers 2 Free replacements towards General damages, Lost, Broken and stolen occurences. After these two claims, there is still coverage towards Craftmanship defects.
Yes, a shipping replacement fee applies to Warranty Claim orders- For Domestic- $6.95; For International shipments $14.95
Can i get a New color through my Warranty Claim?
No, Replacements must be the same color as the original purchase order
Do i need to send back my current sunglasses when i make a claim?
No, we do not ask for your current sunglasses back; we simply ship you a New replacement.
Can i ship my Claim to a friend?
No, Warranty replacements must get shipped to the same shipping address as the original purchase order.
How long does it take to receive my replacement sunglasses on a Claim?
Once your Warranty claim is verified, we process the order as a regular shipment- typically gets shipped same day or next business day.
Is there a limited amount of claims i can submit?
Yes and no. You are allowed up to 3 Claims towards General Damages, Lost, Broken and Stolen occurrences- Free of product charge and no questions asked. Once these 3 claims have been used up, your sunglasses still have Lifetime Warranty but only towards Natural occurences of Manufacturer Defect.s.
