LIFETIME WARRANTY
VIP LIFETIME WARRANTY ($25 Upgrade)
The TOROE VIP Lifetime Warranty applies only to the specific sunglasses purchased with this coverage. This warranty provides 1 replacement per year for life for any reason, no questions asked, including Lost, Stolen, Broken, General Damage, and Manufacturer Defects. Customers with VIP coverage are also added to our VIP group for exclusive offers, promotions, and early access releases.
Customers have 30 days from the original purchase date to add VIP Lifetime Warranty - click here to purchase.
VIP Warranty covers ONE (1) pair per purchase.
If multiple pairs are purchased, each pair must have its own VIP Warranty to be covered. (Example: Purchase 2 pairs = 2 VIP warranties required for both pairs to have lifetime coverage.)
Warranty claim replacement items must be the same as the original purchased order. If the original item is out of stock, the customer may select another sunglass of equal or lesser value, closest to the original variant. Warranty coverage will carry over to the replacement item. A Standard Shipping & Handling fee will apply to all claims. Each claim must be processed as a stand-alone order and may not be combined with other products. TOROE reserves the right to refuse warranty due to abuse or misuse.
LIMITED WARRANTY (Standard – Included)
All verified purchases are backed by our Limited Warranty. This includes 1 replacement for any reason (Lost, Stolen, Broken, or General Damage). Once the first claim has been used, all future claims are limited to Manufacturer Defects only.
Warranty claim replacement items must be the same as the original purchased order. If the original item is out of stock, the customer may select another sunglass of equal or lesser value, closest to the original variant. Warranty coverage will carry over to the replacement item.
Orders with existing warranty claims are NOT eligible for return or exchange, even within the 30-day return window. Each warranty claim must have a unique order number per product being claimed. Multiple claims within a single order are NOT allowed. Each claim must be processed as a stand-alone order and may not be combined with other products.
A Standard Shipping & Handling fee will apply to all Warranty claims at checkout:

Warranty claims and returns are processed and fulfilled from our facility in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing once approved.
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
For purchases made outside our website (such as Amazon, eBay, etc.), all warranty claims are subject to a 30-day hold from the original purchase date. Claims may be submitted and paid, but will not be released until Day 31. To bypass this hold, the buyer may submit photos and mail in the damaged product for review and approval.
PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY
Warranty applies only to products purchased at full price or discounted less than 50% off MSRP. Items not eligible include sponsored products, giveaway prizes, general gifts, mystery items, products discounted over 50%, and replacement lenses.
Naturally occurring defects are considered Manufacturer Defects and must be unintentional. All defect claims require the item to be returned for inspection and approval.

Returns and Exchanges
At TOROE Eyewear we strive to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions.
Items must be new, unmarked, and unused, with all original packaging intact. Free Returns & Exchanges are offered for customers within the USA. TOROE Eyewear covers the cost of your first exchange (limited to one time). For international exchanges, a shipping fee of $23.95 applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders. Returns are not accepted for items involved in a warranty claim. Submitting a warranty claim forfeits your return eligibility, even within the 30-day return window.
TOROE Eyewear reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and determine eligibility for refunds or exchanges based on signs of wear, damage, or misuse. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense. Items returned with fingerprints, lens smudging, frame adjustments, or visible wear may be considered used and ineligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 12–48 hours after we receive and inspect your return. They will appear on your bank statement shortly after.
Non-refundable items: Original shipping costs, shipping protection, RUSH service fees, and gift cards (which have no expiration date).
All returned items must be unused and in new condition with original packaging intact. Returns showing signs of use, wear, or damage may be rejected and returned to the customer, or processed with a 20% restocking fee applied to the affected item.
Exchanges
TOROE Eyewear covers the shipping costs for your first exchange (returning the original item and shipping the replacement). After the first exchange, customers are responsible for all shipping fees for subsequent exchanges.
Unlimited exchanges are allowed, provided items are returned unused, unmarked, and in new condition with the original packaging intact.
Exchange items returned not in new condition or showing signs of usage will be rejected and returned back to the customer.
International Returns:
A 100% money-back guarantee applies to product costs for eligible items returned within 30 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable once delivery has occurred. For all international returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the full shipping cost, including returning the original item and shipping the replacement item if applicable. TOROE Eyewear is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with returned or exchanged items.

Promotional Item Returns
If there was a coupon or promotion applied to your order - the discounted item automatically gets assumed as the first return. Refund amounts may or may not include promotional savings that were applied towards the order. If a Promotional item was included in your shipment, your return must also include the Promotional item. If the promotional item is not received the retail cost of the item will be deducted from your refund total.
Mystery Item(s)
Mystery Item(s) are Final sale. They are Non-Returnable/ Exchangeable and carry no Warranty. These products are typically priced at more than 30% off Original Retail cost. A Mystery Item means that it is a complete surprise and your Sunglasses will be chosen at Random selection.

SHIPPING & SHIPPING PROTECTION
Regular orders are processed and fulfilled from our facility in Los Angeles, CA. Warranty claims and returns are also processed and fulfilled from our Los Angeles facility.
Our standard business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will begin processing on the following Monday, which is considered the first official business day.
Please note:
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will not begin processing until Monday.
• Processing times typically range from 1–2 business days.
• Shipping timelines provided at checkout refer to business days and begin once your order has processed and shipped.
• Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by TOROE Eyewear.
• During high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays, delivery may take longer than estimated.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection provides coverage for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen during transit. Add Shipping Protection at checkout to enable coverage.
If Shipping Protection is not selected, TOROE Eyewear is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped and accepted by the carrier.
To submit a Shipping Protection claim, a support ticket must be opened within 15 business days of the recorded delivery date. Claims submitted after this timeframe will be considered invalid.
If a package is marked delivered and the delivery information or address was incorrectly entered by the customer, Shipping Protection will be voided.
Missing items within Package
Claims for missing items within a delivered package must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
To validate the claim, the customer must provide:
1) Photo of the shipping package
2) Photo of the items inside the package
3) Photo of the shipping label on the outside of the package
Without proof of these three required images, we are unable to validate the claim and the request will be denied.
Domestic (USA Shipments)

Delivery timeframes are carrier estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, TOROE Eyewear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, TOROE Eyewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.
International Shipments (Outside USA)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
TOROE Eyewear does not control, estimate, or collect these charges and is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges required for international delivery.
Customs processing may delay delivery beyond the estimated shipping timeframe. TOROE Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international carriers, or local postal services.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs clearance issues, the order will not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost. Any return shipping fees or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Some shipping addresses may be considered remote delivery areas by the carrier, which may affect delivery times or service methods. If an address is classified as remote, the shipping method may be adjusted accordingly.

None of the services are guaranteed on a specific number of days other that our 2 Day shipping option. For 2 Day shipping: Allow Two business days for delivery, after the package receives its first scan by courier. For handling, allow a maximum of 24-48 hours before the order ships. Typically all orders are processed, handled and prepared in less than 24-48 hours, and ships out accordingly. All shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable if the shipping service was used. For all shipping services, the delivery time frame begins counting as soon as it receives its first official scan by the courier service provider. When a scan is made, this means that the package is now in official possession of the courier service provider.

This makes our lenses both Scratch Resistant and Shatter Resistant, offering excellent protection during active use.
However, it's important to understand the true meaning of scratch resistance:
- Our lenses are treated with a dual-layer scratch-resistant coating to improve surface durability against minor abrasions from everyday handling.
- Scratch-resistant does not mean scratch-proof. No lens material or coating can completely prevent scratches under all conditions.
- Polycarbonate lenses, while durable and impact-resistant, are still prone to scratching if not handled or stored properly.
- To maximize the life of your lenses, we strongly recommend:
- Using a microfiber cloth when cleaning.
- Avoiding paper towels, shirts, or rough materials on lenses.
- Storing eyewear in a protective case when not in use.
- Rinsing lenses with clean water before wiping to avoid rubbing in debris.
TOROE does not claim that its lenses are immune to scratching or will remain scratch-free over time. Proper care and maintenance are essential to preserving lens clarity and performance.
Similarly, the term “Shatter Resistance/ Shatter Resistant” means that our lenses are less likely to shatter due to the polycarbonate material they are made with. However, no lens is completely unbreakable, and excessive force or impact may still cause damage.

C4 Lens Disclaimer
Our C4 lenses (Category 4) are engineered for extremely high sun exposure environments such as high-altitude mountaineering, snow sports, or intense sunlight conditions. These lenses have very low visible light transmission (VLT), providing maximum glare reduction.
However, please note the following:
We are not medical professionals and do not make medical claims regarding eye health or protection.
Light transmission levels may vary slightly from batch to batch due to manufacturing tolerances and coating application processes.
C4 lenses are not suitable for driving. Due to their extremely dark tint and low VLT, they can significantly reduce visibility, especially in shaded areas or tunnels.
TOROE Eyewear does not promote or recommend using C4 lenses for operating any vehicles or machinery.
